It seems more over than not whether your applying for a bit part or million dollar lead or putting a show together your really interviewing for a booty call.

And it's your booty these closet executive predators desire and the fact that they can pressure you into doing anything they want.

The He or She power play of exceutive power over you the Talent can and is hidden by closet Gays and the Gay Coup as a matter of doing business.

Sexual harassment and or assault has been covered up for years because of the fear. This fear that exists with women if they don't preform in a sexual degrading manner they will not be hired.

This same pressure has expanded from a few Gay men to a Gay Men influence in Hollywood. This influence is in both the executive and talent areas.  Looking to get your show on the air, or a job or part, chances are its booty call time.

Hollywood Executive Approach

Talent and Sexual Perverts

Forget your education, forget your lifestyle, forget your dignity, talent, creative ability it's a Hollywood train time booty call. The approach of the Hollywood predator is always the same.

A business interview and then the predator eases the prey into a comfortable secluded setting where the predator can make their move on their prey, unnoticed.

The predator then dangles the bait that "you the prey is in." In to what becomes the next question. Into the next predator in the Hollywood predator coup or line up. What's the point?

It is demeaning, embarrassing, potentially unhealthy and opens the door to more of the same by branding you just due to the encounter.

Not only can a sexual predator causes psychological harm to their prey but they also pose the risk and can cause physiological harm from disease resulting in death.

The Predator Pervert Disease Factor

What's the risk of a sexual encounter with a predator coup?

Gay and bisexual men are most infected and can pass can AID's into women resulting in being infected. Infections can be passed to heterosexuals.

According to ADVERT's, "History and Aids Overview" By the end of 1981, there were 270 reported cases of severe immune deficiency among gay men - 121 of them had died.

By the end of 1984, there had been 7,699 AIDS cases and 3,665 AIDS deaths in the USA stemming from an early 1980's awareness. CDC, Centers for Disease and Control Prevention indicate there are 1.1 million people in the US are living with HIV, and 1 in 7 of them don’t know it.

What is HPV?
In addition, there is the Human Papillomavirus HPV, a relatively new virus that is emerging in men and women. People get HPV from another person during intimate sexual contact. Most of the time, people get HPV from having vaginal and/or anal sex.

When transmitted the individual can get cancer of mouth/throat, and anus/rectum caused by HPV infections. Men can also get penile HPV cancer. In women, HPV infection can also cause cervical, vaginal, and vulvar HPV cancers.

Most people do not realize they are infected until the gentile warts appear. CDC Publication, December 20, 2016.

The 1975 Desperado Film ~ Video
Intellectual Property Editorial

In 1975 Black and White TV's still exist in most households. I, Naud am a  Publisher, Writer-Director-Editor of three films at this time. I was also the Executive Producer of two of the films. This is prior to creating the Desperado, Scorpio Unlimited Visual Presentations  dba, intellectual property. My motivation for this project was to have access to music to develop my Film Production Company further.

The Connection

I am writing my next Film Video at my duplex on Malibu Beach. My best film friend won an Academy Award that year and lived about a mile down the beach. My neighbor Bill Owen (Leber--Krebs Management Representative)approached me and my manager with the Warner Brothers, Eagles Music, Desperado Proposal that had been rejected by the Eagles, final Studios and Stuart Margolin Director, et al.

1975 August September
Scorpio, also rejected the Leber- Krebs Desperado Proposal. Scorpio then indicated to Bill Owen, who cleared it with Steve Leber, Leber-Krebs Management and David Geffen, Warner Bros. CEO, the additional use of Linda Ronstadt Music. Scorpio, under its own Banner would develop a Film-Video format version for Owen, Leber, Geffen to review and accept to facilitate a Joint Venture with Scorpio and Warner Bros./Records, Asylum Records David Geffen CEO, Leber Krebs Management and others as spelled out in the Rolling Stone Magazine in the November 15, 1975 article shown below.

Film Video 1st Draft
My First Draft of the Desperado Film - Video had been completed and Registered with the Writers Guild Of America prior to the Rolling Stone Magazine Random Notes article THE EAGLES CONCEPT album, "Desperado," is being made into a Broadway play and-or movie".. The above Rolling Stone Magazine article was shown to me by Bill Owen saying "this is us,..and-or movie.." My Second Draft was already in progress. To the best of my knowledge, only my manager had seen the Film-Video format at this time.

Cut To:
1975-1976 Desperado Film-Video
I, Scorpio have completed the 3rd Draft of Scorpio-Desperado-Past-Present-Future-Film-Video and registered the progressive versions with the Writers Guild Of America.

Jumping ahead, in 1994 I obtained a Library of Congress Copyright on the same work with the disclosure of the Warner Bros. involvement. Warner Brothers Records was not recognized as a necessary part of my/Scorpio Film-Video "Desperado" Copyright.

Scorpio-Leber Krebs-Warner Brothers, Asylum Records, David Geffen, et al. I showed the fin draft to Bill Owen who was excited about the Desperado Film-Video work. Owen returned the Desperado Film Video work and indicated that he thought "this is what Steve Leber and David Geffen was looking for."

I, Scorpio through my Manager who set up meetings with Rene Golden, a repetual Hollywood Attorney and from there the work was distributed to John Ptak at the William Morris Agency for any representation that may be needed. I also spoke to Eric Weissmann another respected Hollywood Attorney regarding the professional manner to move forward.

Catch 22
I, Scorpio had to allow Steve Leber, Leber- Krebs and Warner Brothers, David Geffen, et al to see the Desperado work to move to the next step of a business arrangement.

My concern in doing so, since I am 25 years old and have never done a Film Production Joint Venture before; that I discussed with the Attorneys was, that once the work is reviewed, conceivable a reader may, deliberately use my Scorpio's likeness, language, ideas, or other original, but not common knowledge, to the material without acknowledging its source. As an example: Me, Scorpio the Copywriter.

Both the above attorneys did not think that a Tort would occur in this situation at this time in 1976.

1976 - 2018 Sexual Predators Swindle
                    Bait and Switch

2017- Very much like Actresses have experienced with the recent sexual harassment allocations regarding a Hollywood Producer. Allegedly the Producer pressured actresses who were being interviewed for a film part to have non-consensual sex. Lea Seydoux "Everyone knew what Harvey was up to and no one did anything."

1976-1981-1985-2017 Desperado ~ et al Sexual Per Bait and Switch
The following technique that was used on me. Bill Owen set up a meeting with Steve Leber Leber-Krebs Management who flew out from NY to meet with me at the Beverly Hills Hotel and see the Desperado Film-Video format script. Steve Leber called me when he arrived.

Bill Owen wanted to go that evening and take the Desperado Film Video script to meet with Leber first. I said let's go together as originally discussed. At the last minute, Bill Owen declined to be present at the meeting.

I, Scorpio met with Steve Leber, we sat down to have Brunch, before the waiter arrived to serve us, Leber said let's go to my hotel room so I can look at the script.

He sat uncomfortably close to me on the couch as he glanced through the Desperado Film-Video script. As he continued looking at it he seemed excited an would tap me on the leg and say, "this is good." Note, this is 1976, I didn't know what gay was. Getting nowhere, Leber said come back at 3 pm tomorrow I have to give Geffen a call. When I came back the next day the concierge said Leber left at noon.

Later after number of calls to Steve Leber at Leber Krebs, Owen said to me Leber and Geffen are Gay, you should have given me the script so I could deal with them. Owen lived with a girlfriend.

The Constitution of the United States provides for freedom of sex in one of its Amendments. It does not provide the sexual predator the right to utilize undue influence and hunt down their prey inducing a situation demanding non-consensual sex to leverage a business arrangement or just to get power trip of sexual gratification from the another individual such as a women, men or harvesting children.

In 1985 Naud saw a article in the Wall Street Journal that  Forestman Little Co. were in the process of conducting a Warner Bros. sale of MTV to Via Com. Naud's legal cost becomes excessive and Via Com concludes a sale circumventing the Scorpio, copyright claim.

Scorpio, Naud develops Desperado from his intellectual properties and as a Copywriter and Executive Producer in 1975-76.

Delivered by Scor[pio-Naud to Steven Leber at the Beverly Hills Hotel early 1976.

Desperado Music is delegated to Scorpio for  a new script after Warner Brothers/Geffen/Leber/Krebs was turned down by Stewart Margolis, Director, Universal Studios and relatively industry wide, early 1975.

Music Television's Debut

The first images shown on MTV were a montage of the Apollo 11 moon landing Further information: First music videos aired on MTV.

On Saturday, August 1, 1981, at 12:01 am Eastern Time, MTV launched with the words "Ladies and gentlemen, rock and roll," spoken by John Lack and played over footage of the first Space Shuttle launch countdown of Columbia (which took place earlier that year) and of the launch of Apollo 11.

Those words were immediately followed by the original MTV theme song, a crunching rock tune composed by Jonathan Elias and John Petersen, playing over the American flag changed to show MTV's logo changing into various textures and designs.

MTV producers Alan Goodman and Fred Seibert used this public domain footage as a concept;[13] Seibert said that they had originally planned to use Neil Armstrong's "One small step" quote, but lawyers said that Armstrong owned his name and likeness and that he had refused, so the quote was replaced with a beeping sound. [14]

[14] A shortened version of the shuttle launch ID ran at the top of every hour in various forms, from MTV's first day until it was pulled in early 1986 in wake of the Challenger disaster. [15]

The first music video shown on MTV was The Buggles' "Video Killed the Radio Star," originally only available to homes in
New Jersey.

[16] This was followed by the video for Pat Benatar's "You Better Run." Sporadically, the screen would go black when an employee at MTV inserted a tape into a VCR.[17] MTV's lower third graphics that appeared near the beginning and end of music videos would eventually use the recognizable Kabel typeface for about 25 years. But these graphics differed on MTV's first day of broadcast; they were set in a different typeface and included information such as the year and record label name.

As programming chief, Robert W. Pittman recruited and managed a team for the launch that included Tom Freston (who succeeded Pittman as CEO of MTV Networks), Fred Seibert, John Sykes, Carolyn Baker (original head of talent and acquisition). [18]

Marshall Cohen (original head of research),[19] Gail Sparrow (of talent and acquisition), Sue Steinberg (executive producer), [20] Julian Goldberg, Steve Lawrence, Geoff Bolton; studio producers and MTV News writers/associate producers Liz Nealon, Nancy LaPook and Robin Zorn; Steve Casey (creator of the name "MTV" and its first program director), [21] Marcy Brafman, Ronald E. "Buzz" Brindle, and Robert Morton. Kenneth M. Miller is credited as being the first technical director to officially launch MTV from its New York City-based network operations facility. [21]

MTV's effect was immediate in areas where the new music video channel was carried. Within two months, record stores in areas where MTV was available were selling music that local radio stations were not playing, such as Men at Work, Bow Wow Wow and the Human League.

[22] MTV sparked the Second British Invasion, with British acts, who had been accustomed to using music videos for half a decade, featuring heavily on the channel. [23] [24]

Viacom to Buy MTV and Showtime in Deal Worth $667.5 Million.
August 27, 1985 | MICHAEL A. HILTZIK | Times Staff Writer.

NEW YORK — Viacom International, one of the nation's largest distributors of television programming and a large owner of cable-television systems, on Monday agreed to steps that will give it 100% ownership of both MTV, an operator of cable music channels, and Showtime/The Movie Channel, a pay-TV service.

Under a complex arrangement, Viacom will spend more than $667.5 million to purchase the combined 50% interest in Showtime currently held by Warner Communications and Warner-Amex Cable, as well as Warner-Amex's two-thirds stake in MTV and the remaining one-third of MTV held by public shareholders. Viacom already owns 50% of Showtime, which it founded in 1976.

The deal gives Warner enough cash to pay for its planned $450-million buy-out of American Express' share of Warner-Amex Cable without borrowing any money, as well as a healthy premium over the previous offer for MTV. That was a $310-million buy-out bid from Forstmann, Little & Co., a New York firm specializing in leveraged buy-outs. The terms of the Viacom deal indicate that Warner will get $340 million for Warner-Amex's share of MTV.

Could Turn Quick Profit
Warner also will get warrants enabling it to buy up to 10% of Viacom over the next five years at $70 and $75 per share. Analysts view that provision chiefly as a way for Warner to retain an interest in the future growth of MTV and Showtime. If Viacom becomes a takeover target, as some analysts believe it might, Warner could turn a swift profit from its warrants of as much as $50 million.

Viacom shares closed Monday at $50.75, up 25 cents on the New York Stock Exchange. Warner shares closed at $29.75, off 25 cents.

The sale instantly makes Viacom the nation's sixth-largest provider of cable-television programming. MTV, the pioneering provider of music-video programming for cable systems, has about 26 million subscribers. Of MTV's two other networks, VH-1 (for Video Hits-One), a service aimed at the 25- to 54-year-old audience, reaches 8 million households, and Nickelodeon, aimed at children, reaches 25 million. Showtime/The Movie Channel distributes movie and special-production programming and has about 8.5 million subscribers.

The largest cable programming distributor, according to Paul Kagan, a Carmel cable and broadcast industry consultant, is ESPN, mainly a sports programming service, which reaches 35.7 million subscribers.

"From the cable system operator's standpoint, this makes Viacom a much more powerful entity to deal with," said Mara R. Miesnieks, a cable industry analyst for Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Miesnieks and other Wall Street analysts said the potential profits for Viacom more than outweigh the sale price's probable dilution of the company's earnings in 1986 of as much as 40 cents to 50 cents per share.

Premium on Initial Price
Viacom's proposed purchase of the public's one-third interest in MTV for $33.50 per share also represents a sharp premium for many holders of that stock, which was initially offered scarcely a year ago at $14 per share.

Announcement of the Viacom purchase comes two days after the collapse of Warner's negotiations with Forstmann, Little. Those talks reportedly broke down over Warner's desire to retain an option to repurchase about 20% of the rock-music cable programmer. Warner earlier had announced that it had reached an agreement giving it the right for 90 days to sell Viacom Warner-Amex's share of MTV for $310 million.

According to terms of the purchase disclosed Monday, Viacom will pay Warner $500 million in cash and issue to Warner warrants to acquire 1.625 million shares of Viacom at $70 a share. That will cover Warner's 31% stake in Showtime/The Movie Channel, an additional 19% of Showtime/The Movie Channel owned by Warner-Amex and the two-thirds stake in MTV Networks that is owned by Warner-Amex.

Warner also will acquire warrants for $9.75 each to buy another 625,000 shares of Viacom's common stock at $75 per share. All warrants are exercisable over a five-year period and are subject to certain restrictions, the companies said. Exercising all the warrants would give Warner about 10% of Viacom, but, because Viacom is trading at about $50 per share, Warner is not expected to immediately exercise its purchase rights.

You would have thought that Aerosmith would have learned their collective lessons the first go-round. Nope. For the impressive work Leber and Krebs did over the years in breaking artists like Aerosmith, AC/DC, and Joan Jett, among others, they managed to pillage from their artists by taking all of their publishing. Definition of scumbag or shrewd, depending on how you look at it, but either way, they took a ton of money that was entitled to their artists.

THE EAGLES' CONCEPT album, "Desperado," is being made into a Broadway play and-or movie, but the Eagles aren't cooperating. The management firm of Leber-Krebs (AEROSMITH, TED NUGENT) optioned the rights to the material from Warner Bros. Music earlier this year over what Eagles manager IRVING AZOFF said were his "screaming objections. Warner Bros. had purchased the rights from DAVID GEFFEN, Asylum Records' founder. Azoff said that prior to buying the rights to the "Desperado" material, Leber-Krebs approached the Eagles with a proposal. "We totally rejected it," Azoff said. "Aesthetically, we don't think they're the right people to do it," adding that the Eagles would sue Warner Bros. over the material and "related other claims."

STEVE LEBER's comment: "Two years ago, when the Eagles weren't as big, we told Azoff about our concept. He told the Eagles and they were ecstatic. As they got bigger, Irving became less enthusiastic. But we'd love the Eagles to stay involved.
