FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD INTEREST RATES
The newly appointed Federal Reserve Board Chairperson Janet Yellen Phd. is again pushing for a Interest Rate hike. Yellen's first request for a increase in rates was to "strengthen the dollar on the Euro market."
Ironically that was the same words of Yellen's predessor Bernanke had in 2007 that led to a market crash in 2008 amoung a number of other issues. Bennanke also failed to be attentive to the prevailing Bank issues.
Now Yellen is indicating the the US National economy is recovered. Yet the inflation rate is at the lowest level since 2009. This is not a good economic reflection. Before 2015 the inflation rate in the last 100 years was in negative figures only in 1955. Even in 2009 it was higher.
The current 2015 economy is preforming like 2009 according the the US Bureau Of Labor Statistics who monitors the US economy.

FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD INTEREST RATES Continued
To have a healthy US economy the Inflation Rate needs to be approximately +3.5%. At this rate history shows the USA citizens prosper.
Good paying Jobs between $20 and $50 per hour become available.
Stock and Bond Markets can support themselves. Banks then become stronger because Real Estate Markets have little or no forclosures.
Money then, is easily obtainable for the first time homebuyer. This pushes up, all the step up homeowners/buyers and housing construction.
An interest rate hike would stifle the exisiting struggling US economy and financial markets.
