Daytona Beach Florida Real Estate Market Prices Home Prices Up 6-12-2018 $19,631 Condo and Town Home Prices Up $30,056 in the Last 12 Months

Three Bedroom Homes are up $19,631 and Condo Town Homes are up $30, 056 over Sale Prices a year ago. The Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors MLS, for Daytona Beach Florida, indicate that living in paradise has never been as affordable with real estate appreciation in the area since 2012.
The Median Price is the middle point of all Sales in the period. Quarterly results posted are: A Daytona Home For Sale, Median Price for April 2017 was$210,000, Up +11.1% from the January 2017 Home Value of $178,250. Today 6-1-2018 we are up again at a Price of $227,250 or +$49,000. in the last 15 months.
Closed Home Sales are Up +10.9% for April 2018 compared to April 2017.
A 2 Bedroom Condo or Town Home Average Sale Price in April 2018 is $220,604., up from January 2017 value of $183,145 or+$37,459. in equity.
A Buyer could purchase a Daytona Beach Median Priced 3 Bedroom Home for $198,450. in March 2017. Today, the April 2018 price of that same home is $271,684.

MLS Sales of Homes for the Daytona Shores area is reporting high single and double digit appreciation .
For the years 2016, 2015 and 2014 Daytona's Volusia County Home Sales has experienced a stable annual appreciation average of approximately 11.00% according to MLS data. Today we are looking at about a 9.0% annual appreciation factor for Daytona and higher for Daytona Shores subject to location and size.
